I was blessed to have the opportunity to get-away this past weekend. Thanks to my sweet husband I joined 13 others for a short trip to Eat, Socialize, Eat, Scrapbook, Eat and just get away from all the normal daily demands. We left behind a total of 14 husbands and 16 children - ranging in age from 4 wks (a very brave husband) to 9 years. I did not actually complete all that I had hoped but it was a fun experience. Did I mention all the wonderful food and yummy snacks?!
Hubby did a great job with the children. He is a wonderful father and I know I am blessed to have him. I am now counting the days until my next adventure - A christian cruise with my sister and aunt.
I am feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the daily trials and tasks. Surprising what a little time away can do for a girl.

Yay! A new post from Southern Mom! I heard about your weekend getaway. How fun! Sorry I didn't get to see y'all that weekend, but Becca and Bethany certainly had fun.
Scott told me about your upcoming cruise. How exciting! You'll have to post about that when you get back.
